Biography
Buyabo Jere Oga Art — known professionally as Buyabo Jere — is a Kenyan production designer, director, art director, screenwriter and actor working across film, music video and commercial production.
His work fuses African print traditions — kitenge, ankara and maasai colour language — with a futurist, high-contrast cinematic aesthetic. From set builds and props to script and final grade, he designs worlds that carry story in every texture.
Based in Nairobi and available worldwide, he collaborates with directors, agencies, labels and producers on projects that need a distinct visual identity from the first sketch to the last frame.
